HealthCare Aged Care is also a Low GI formulation which has been analysed by the Sydney University Glycemic Index Research Service and found to have Glycemic Index (GI) of 40. It’s high in calcium for bone mineral density and high in Vitamin D to reduce the risk of osteoporosis and osteoporotic fractures.

Direction for use

Mix 6 scoops in 1/2 cup of warm (below 50°C) or cold water, stir until dissolved, add more water to fill to 300 mL, stir. Maximum 2 serves per day.
