Cough, Cold & Flu capsule contains: Astragalus membranaceus dry root extract 10mg from dry root (Astragalus) 500mg, Salix alba dry stem bark extract 64.52mg, from dry stem bark (White willow) 1g, Echinacea purpurea dry herb juice 22.22mg from fresh herb juice (Echinacea) 1g, Glycyrrhiza glabra dry rhizome extract 5mg from dry rhizome (Liquorice) 500mg, Hedera helix dry leaf extract 62.50mg from dry leaf (Ivy) 500mg, Zinc sulfate monohydrate 6.86mg, equiv. to Zinc 2.5mg, Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 125mg. Each Immune Support capsule contains: Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 250mg, Dl- Alpha-Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E) 37.5 mg, Nicotinamide 10mg, Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 1.22mg, Retinol palmitate 458.3ug, equiv. Vitamin A 250ug RE, Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 750ug, Thiamine nitrate 925.2ug, equiv. Directions
Cough, Cold & Flu capsule: Adults, take 4 capsules daily
Immune support capsule: Adults, take 2 capsules daily

When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, Vitamin A can cause birth defects.
