Brauer's Sleep Fast utilises fast melt technology designed to dissolve in the mouth in under a minute. It contains key ingredients to aid falling asleep, but also to relax the nervous system and reduce symptoms of stress and mild anxiety.
- California poppy is traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine to induce sleep and reduce the time taken to fall asleep.

Directions for Use
Adults: Take 2 tablets once daily before bed or as recommended by your healthcare professional. Place tablets on tongue and allow to dissolve completely.
