Formulated to assist in the prevention of muscular cramps and spasms when magnesium levels are low.   • Calcium ascorbatedihydrate (ascorbic acid, vitamin C 38.4 mg) 50 mg
  • Pyridoxine hydrochloride(vitamin B6) 50 mg
  • Cholecalciferol(vitamin D3 100 IU) 2.5 microgram
  • Manganese amino acid chelate(manganese 4 mg) 40 mg

Dosage

Adults and children over 9 years - Take 1 tablet a day with a meal, or as professionally prescribed
