Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150µg for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Contains sulfites and soya beans. Do not use if seal around the cap is missing or broken.

Directions:
Take one capsule daily with food, 3 months prior to trying for a baby and until you conceive or as directed by your healthcare professional.
