Blackmores Vitamin E 1000 IU contains a super strength one-a-day dose of a vitamin E. It maintains vitamin E levels in the body and helps reduce free radical damage to body cells.
Dosage
Adults – Take 1 capsule once a day, or as professionally prescribed.
Take with food.

Active ingredients per capsule: d-alpha-Tocopherol (natural vitamin E 1000 IU) 670 mg
